1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from lovedkeepsakes.com (the "Site"), operated by Dongguan Runzun Trading Co., Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products All products are hand-finished memorial and keepsake jewelry. We control quality at every stage. Please note:
- Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen display and manufacturing
- Product specifications (size, weight, capacity) are approximate
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are accepted when we confirm them and receive payment
- Payment methods: PayPal and card payments via secure third-party processors
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues
4. Customization Customized items (laser engraving, selected colors) are made to order. Once production begins, customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for defects or errors on our part.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Loved Keepsakes and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties To the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer law.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at our company's place of registration.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
