Loved Keepsakes — Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love your keepsake. If you are not completely satisfied with a non-customized item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
- Items without custom laser engraving or personalization
Customized & Engraved Items Are Non-Returnable Because customized items (including laser engraving and selected colors) are made to order specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective or is the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at antlnatch@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
